Remodeling Design
It is important that the layout and design of the house flows from room to room and respects the style of architecture. On my team is my husband, Reid Neubert, who has a degree in architecture from U.C. Berkeley. Working together, our complementary skills give you a level of design that is hard to match.

Selecting Materials and Finishes
Some of my clients just need help with selecting materials and finishes such as tile, countertops, cabinetry style, flooring, and light fixtures. By helping my clients with their selections, they are assured that they will end up with a cohesive and aesthetically pleasing result.
Cost-Effective Staging for Resale
Good staging can help sell your house more quickly and for a better price. However, full staging can be costly. What most homes really need is cleaning up, simplying, and neutralizing, and I am an expert at that.
For a fraction of the cost of full-blown staging, as a consultant here is what I do:
- Color – Update wall colors as needed, using popular neutral colors.
- Simplifying – Edit down existing furniture and accessories to make the house look more spacious and appealing.
- Space Layout – Rearrange the remaining furnishings so the home shows better.
- Updates –Recommend light fixtures, mirrors, window coverings, and such if needed.
Quick inexpensive changes like these can make a huge difference in a home's saleability.
